Starting July 15, MagicDoor will help you keep your tenant's renter’s insurance information up to date, automatically.

If you require insurance, tenants will now receive built-in reminders to upload their policy through the tenant portal. They’ll also have the option to purchase coverage directly on the platform, so you don’t have to follow up or chase missing documents.

This feature gives you quick access to proof of insurance when needed, helping you stay protected in case of any damage or incident.

Prefer not to use this feature?
No problem, just turn it off before July 15 by going to:
Settings → Renters Insurance → Uncheck “Enable reminders.”
