When you log in, you’ll see two options: schedule a quick onboarding call with our team or jump right in at your own pace.

Either way, you’re in control.

Enter an address, select the property type, and click Add property.

You can choose to add units right away or later, MagicDoor will build your dashboard around what you’ve entered.

Activate rent collection by linking your bank through Stripe or Plaid. From then on, payments land directly in your account, no spreadsheets, no chasing transfers.

Turn on background and credit checks with a single toggle. It keeps your vetting consistent and saves time for every future lease.

Add a dedicated phone number with your area code. Tenants call that number, messages arrive in your dashboard, and your personal line stays private.

You’ll land on a clean dashboard where all your properties, tenants, and payments live together.

Anything you skipped? MagicDoor remembers, and you’ll see a friendly prompt to finish the setup later.
