📄 Section 8 & Subsidy Tools
Handling subsidies? You're covered.
You can now apply Section 8 or other lease subsidies directly inside MagicDoor. This update helps landlords manage subsidized rent flows cleanly, with the right breakdown across tenant and agency payments.
It’s one of those features that most platforms skip. We didn’t.
