We spent time connecting with landlords and managers around automation, AI, and what independent property managers and landlords actually need from their software.

Smart Spaces focuses on how technology changes multifamily operations.

Our team participated in conversations about agentic AI and how teams can scale leasing, maintenance, and communication without adding headcount.

NARPM is where property managers go deep on operations.

We spoke on stage, met teams at our booth, and hosted breakfast both days—sharing how automation can reduce busywork while keeping managers in control.

Apartmentalize is one of the largest property management conferences of the year.

MagicDoor was selected for the Startup Pitch Zone and awarded for our approach to simplifying property management with built-in intelligence.

Being present at these events shapes how we build, from accounting and permissions to onboarding and automation. Trust comes from showing up, listening closely, and improving the product based on real conversations.
